7. Refund Policy (Digital Course Compliance)

Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are final.
By purchasing, you confirm that:

You gain immediate access to the course and bonus material

You waive your right to a refund or cancellation under Swiss law (Art. 40f OR, if applicable)

No refund will be granted once access has been delivered, even if unused
